2001
Strategic Partnership Agreements

Our journey began when our founder earned a Real Estate license in Florida, initiating real estate transactions in New Smyrna Beach as both a buyer and a broker. This marked the foundation of our commitment to excellence and innovation in the real estate industry.

2008
Introduction of Sustainable Practices

A significant leap was made as our founder obtained a CGC License in Florida, venturing into constructing luxury homes. This period saw the birth of new construction projects and developments along the Gulf Coast of Florida, blending professional services with development to create luxurious living spaces for sale.

2011
Expansion into New Markets

Expansion continued as we ventured into building residential properties in New Orleans and along the Gulf Coast of Mississippi. Our focus on developing homes for sale broadened our impact and solidified our presence in the Southern real estate market.

2019
First Successful Project Completion

A landmark project, Maritimes, was initiated with the acquisition of land and a 25,000 square foot historic building. This phased development kick-started with 20 Single Family Homes, showcasing our commitment to blending history with modern luxury. The project, valued at approximately $13 million, was a testament to our innovative approach, selling out all homes by 2021.

2020
Foundation and Inception

Croi, a new venture, began with the acquisition of land for a 15 SFR subdivision, underlining our dedication to creating distinctive living spaces. This project, with an approximate development cost of $9 million, further established our expertise in high-quality real estate development.

2021
Introduction of Sustainable Practices

Diving into mixed-use properties, we transformed a 25,000 square foot historic building, the Bus Barn, into 19 lofts and a 3,500 square foot commercial retail space. This project, breathing new life into a structure from the 1800s, represented a perfect blend of history and modernity with an investment of around $5 million.

2022
Expansion into New Markets

Our visionary approach took us into the hospitality sector, developing 14 luxury, large-format commercial vacation rentals. This ambitious project, encompassing 56,000 square feet and valued at approximately $15.4 million, showcased our ability to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences.

2023
First Successful Project Completion

The birth of Orion Development Partners marked a new era, leveraging years of strategic partnerships to scale our development projects nationally, a testament to our growth and collaborative philosophy.
